Privacy Policy

I only store customer details necessary for my accounting records, which is limited to name, phone number, address, email address, and booking details. These details are held in a secure database.

In addition to customer accounting records I also store photos. RAW unedited photos are stored on my private home network for 90 days, and edited JPEG photos are stored on my private home network indefinitely. Your edited JPEG photos will be delivered to you through my online downloads area where they are held in the cloud for 30 days.

All payments are securely processed by SumUp Payments Limited on my behalf; I do not store your card details.

Your information is safe with me. I respect your privacy and will not share your details, or use them for anything other my accounting records, and contacting you when your photos are ready.
